Thinking out Loud

Spent ma whole morning to afternoon in town today...
and i came across some really interesting people with shocking outfits...
no pics this time.. but burning questions... 
do we have rights to judge others on how they dress and discrimiate?? I mean after all we all have different ways of perceiving things..
what looks good to me may not necessarily look good to you.. yea??
